1. Serious buyers only. Strictly no back-outs after confirmation of order.

2. All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Miss Capsicum held no responsibilities in damages and losses upon delivery of goods.

4. All goods sold are brand new unless stated.

5. First come, first served basis.

6. Maximum reservation period of 48 hours. Item will be released to the next buyer without further notice if no payment made by then.

7. All accessories worn are not included in purchase unless stated.

*Kindly note that reservations are strictly 48 hours only. Items will be released to the next buyer without further notice if no payment received within 48 hours.
